'You are legal required to assess the risks in your workplace' (HSE 2003)
This course is designed to help employers, employees and the self employed understand the risk assessment process in the workplace. It will include:

1 Looking for hazards
2 Deciding who might be harmed
3 Evaluating the risks and assessing existing precautions
4 Recording the findings
5 Reviewing and revising as necessary

This is a very 'common sense' approach to risk assessment in the workplace helping delegates with the knowledge of assessing what reasonable precautions can be taken to avoid injury.
