Paul Sturman - State Registered Paramedic - After 15 years' service with the NHS, Paul embarked on a training career, and we are very proud to have him on board as a Senior Trainer. Our trainers are qualified ‘Control & Restraint Instructors’ who are registered with Broadmoor Hospital. They hold the Advanced Certificate in Education (Initial Teacher Training) from Christ Church University.
The trainers are also validated with the ‘Security Management Service’ to teach theoretical packages in violence known as ‘Promoting Safer & Therapeutic Services’.
Managing aggression & violence requires experience and understanding. Our trainers are highly respected in the profession and have over 10years experience of managing aggression & violence within various mental health and learning disabilities settings.
